The city guard is a wonderful rustic pub that offers hospitality and well-being in its old oak beams. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the history of Fulda, the joy and happiness of drinking wonderful beer, the moment when you are lucky enough to feel the joy of the past. The operator is always open to your customers and listens to your deepest problems.

Just if you really enjoy beer and that's the only thing you're going to have. Very slow uncaring staff. The food was just bad.

The restaurant is quaint and cozy. In summer you can sit outside under a canopy of wine. All in all a good place. Unfortunately, we had the service last time, a newcomer, really bad luck. Hence a star deduction.

Small pub in a quiet, cozy street. Nice outdoor area with small tables and umbrellas. Tasty apple beer, but unfortunately long waiting time to order and on the drinks. Hope that was an exception. Nice and friendly service.
